MEETING: BOURBON BOTTLES AND SHOT GLASSES - JUNE 29TH

Hello Everyone,

The next Louisville Clay Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 29th, at 7:00 pm.

Where- The Chapel of St Philip on 236 Woodbine St, Louisville KY 40208
              It is on the corner of Floyd and Woodbine in Old Louisville.

We thought the Chapel would be a fun place to introduce the the return of
the Bourbon Bottle and Shot Glass Show.

To open the meeting Mike Veach will give small talk on "The History of
Bottled Bourbon."  Mike Veach is a historian with The Filson Historical
Society, and is their residential bourbon historian.

Linda Bowman will give us a report on the Home Thrown, Home Grown
sale this year.

Christeena Gallahue will present the "Glaze Calculator",  a new
product she has developed.  It converts glaze recipe percentages into the
correct gram weight.  More information, along with a video, can be seen at

and Link would like to address the group.

Matt Hanekamp will talk about the possibility of having a farmer's market type
event, except for artists.  He has been in discussion with the city about this and would
like to get our input.
